Print-On-Demand Products

All products sold on Zenthry are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment process. Each item is specially produced after an order is placed.

Because of the custom nature of these products, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • the product must be unused

  • the product must be in its original condition

  • the product must not be damaged by the customer

  • the original packaging should be available where possible

If the returned product does not meet these conditions, the refund request may be rejected.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Wrong address entered by customer

  • Color expectations due to screen differences

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier services

  • Minor printing or color variations

  • Used or damaged products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • a damaged item

  • a defective product

  • or the wrong product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the product

  • photos of the packaging

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production.

As our products are custom-made on demand, production begins shortly after an order is placed.
